From the inception of our maid service in 2008, I’ve always been at the helm of creating and refining our operational systems. As we grew, I noticed gaps – inefficiencies that traditional software just couldn’t bridge. Thus, in 2016, the journey began, culminating in the launch of ‘The Cleaning Software’ in 2020. This wasn’t just about technology; it was about reshaping our business. We were able to substantially grow our customer base and increase our cleaning operations without proportionally expanding our management time or in-office staff.
